Program Director
Ages 21+
The program director is responsible for the supervision of the overall program and making sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it's checking children in/out for the day, handling parent concerns, or helping a teacher in need.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the safe operation and instruction of all program activities

Leading daily staff meetings, managing sign-in and pick-up, and following all policies and procedures

Complete first aid and incident reports as needed
-
Maintain medication records and administration as needed

Maintain a first aid/CPR certification
-
Helping families with questions, concerns, and requests
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm.
All staff are required to help with before and after care twice a week.
Pay
$22 - $25 an hour.
Depends on experience.
Location
Travel to different locations in the surrounding area every week/two weeks.
Locations based in MA, NH & VT
