Counselor In Training
Ages 14+
The CIT's main responsibility is helping the lead counselor and junior counselor need be. Whether it's setting up for the next activity, helping supervise the children, or organizing materials.
Responsibilities

Volunteering as a counselor to learn the expectations and policies of the program

Works with students who need help

Does the duties of a counselor, overseen by the lead counselor and junior counselor
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm.
All staff are required to help with before and after care twice a week.
Pay
This is a volunteer position and does not include pay.
Hours can be used towards community service.
Location
Travel to different locations in the surrounding area every week/two weeks.
Locations based in MA, NH & VT
